Frequently asked questions

What happens in a Discovery meeting with Snap Compliance?
It is a 30-minute conversation on Microsoft Teams with a specialist consultant from the team that covers your country. They ask how your compliance program runs today, what your regulator requires and where the manual workload sits. At the end they suggest where to start: for example, Scan Agent for list screening or Due Diligence for client onboarding. You leave with a concrete next step for your case, not a generic presentation.
What does a Snap Compliance demo show?
The demo lasts 45 minutes and walks through the platform with cases from your industry. A specialist consultant shows you Compliance OS at work: client onboarding with its risk already calculated, AML monitoring of transactions and regulatory reporting. It is best when you already know which areas you want to solve; if you are still exploring, the 30-minute Discovery is the better starting point. You can bring your team by forwarding them the Teams invitation.
How long are the meetings and where do they take place?
The Discovery lasts 30 minutes, the demo 45 and the Alliances meeting 30. All of them take place on Microsoft Teams: once you confirm the time, an invitation arrives by email with the link to join from your browser or the app. The Snap Compliance team sends it, and it includes the links to reschedule or cancel. If you want to bring colleagues from compliance, risk or technology, just forward them the invitation: they join with the same link at the same time.
Does the meeting cost anything or commit me to anything?
No. Booking a Discovery, a demo or an Alliances meeting is free and does not commit you to any purchase. It is how you find out how Snap Compliance handles compliance for your organization before talking about a proposal. If you then want to move forward, the consultant prepares a proposal based on the size of your operation and the modules you need, such as Scan Agent or Compliance Agent. If not, you still leave with a clear idea of where to start.
Who will I meet with?
A specialist consultant from the Snap Compliance team who knows your country’s regulation. That is why we ask for your company’s country: it routes the meeting to whoever covers your jurisdiction, and the times you see are the ones that team actually has free on its calendar. The invitation comes from Snap Compliance Team, and your consultant welcomes you on the call. If you want to review the rules that apply in your country beforehand, see Laws and regulations.
Can I reschedule or cancel the meeting?
Yes. The Microsoft Teams invitation that reaches your inbox has two links: one to move the meeting to another open time and one to cancel it. Both work without creating an account or signing in. When you reschedule, you see the available times in your time zone and the invitation updates in your calendar. When you cancel, the consultant is notified and the time becomes available to someone else. If you no longer have the email, you can book again from this page or write to sales@snap-compliance.com.
Which time zone are the times shown in?
Yours. The page reads your browser’s time zone and shows every time converted to your local time, even if the consultant who meets you is in another country. The Teams invitation also arrives in your time, because your calendar adjusts it automatically. If you are traveling or booking for colleagues in another city, keep in mind that the time you see is your device’s. The country you choose in the form, on the other hand, assigns your consultant and does not affect the time.
What should I prepare before the meeting?
You don’t need to prepare anything formal, but the meeting is more productive if you have three facts at hand: which regulator supervises you, how many clients or third parties you assess each month, and what you use today for lists, alerts and reports. In the form’s comment you can say what you would like to see, for example AML monitoring or Due Diligence, and the consultant arrives with that case ready. You can also invite whoever handles technology or risk in your organization.
What is the Alliances meeting?
It is the meeting for integrators, GRC consultancies, law firms, auditors and other organizations that want to add Snap Compliance to their offering or recommend it to their clients. It lasts 30 minutes on Microsoft Teams and the alliances team runs it directly. We review your business model and which program suits you: consulting partners or solution partners. If what you want is to use the platform in your own organization, choose the Discovery instead.
What do you do with the details I leave when booking?
We use them to schedule the meeting, send you the invitation and follow up commercially: your name, email, company, job title, country and any comment you leave. They are stored in Snap Compliance’s commercial system, which the team that serves you can access, and the invitation is sent through Microsoft 365, the company’s email and calendar service. How the data is processed, your rights of access, rectification and deletion, and how to exercise them are described in the site’s privacy notice.
