Each of those entities needs two things: someone to tell them what they are missing, and a system that does the work. You have the relationship and the judgment. We have the system.

How we work together

Consulting and technology, working together

You bring the relationship and the judgment; Snap brings the system that does the work. Your client gets both in a single solution, and each of us does what we do best.

What you bring

  • The trusted relationship with the obligated entity
  • The gap assessment against the regulation
  • The compliance manual, the policy and the risk matrix
  • Staff training and support before the supervisor
  • Your advisory fees: 100% yours, always

What Snap Compliance brings

  • The Compliance OS up and running in 24 hours
  • Screening, KYC and monitoring executed by the system
  • Investigation files and regulatory reports ready to go
  • Support, regulatory updates and continuity
  • Recurring income for you, growing with your portfolio

Three levels

Start as a Referrer, get certified and grow with results

Start today

Level 0

Referrer

You identify the obligated entity, introduce it to us and register the opportunity. Snap assesses, proposes and closes.

  • No certification, no minimum volume
  • Join the meetings if you wish
  • Commission during the client's first two years

Level 1

Certified Partner

You run the assessment, present the program at list price and support the go-live. Snap signs, invoices and provides support.

  • 10-hour online certification (2 hours over 5 days)
  • Demo environment, country-specific material and pre-sales support
  • Recurring commission for as long as the client stays

Level 2

Certified Partner

Everything in level 1, with better commissions, a dedicated Snap executive and the option to resell: invoice and support your own clients.

  • Earned through results as a Certified Partner
  • Dedicated Snap executive
  • Commission or resale: you choose, client by client

What you get

Everything you need to open the conversation with your client in a single meeting

Obligation assessment

Five questions and a traffic light. You apply it yourself, no engineers needed. It opens the door.

Your own demo environment

Access to the Compliance OS with sample data, to show the result rather than the screens.

Country-specific material

Manual guide, risk methodology, alerts guide and the program one-pager, adapted to each country.

10-hour certification

Two hours a day over five days, online: what is sold, how the assessment works, pricing and program rules.

Pre-sales support

A Snap executive joins your closing meetings and answers the client's technical questions.

Transparent statement

Every month: your clients, what they paid and what you earn. No hidden calculations.

Clear rules

A channel that doesn't compete with you

Opportunity registration

Every prospect is registered in writing before the first contact. The registration lasts 90 days and is renewed while there is activity.

Priority for whoever registers

If you registered first, Snap does not go direct or assign that prospect to another partner while the registration is valid.

Paid on collection, every month

Commission is settled on the 5th, on what the client paid the previous month, in US dollars and with a statement per client.

One voice before the regulator

We talk about results, never absolute promises. What is said to an obligated entity has to hold up before its supervisor.

How to start

Four steps and a first client in conversation within 30 days

  1. 01

    Register

Complete your registration on the Snap Compliance partner portal.

  2. 02

Sign the agreement and get certified

A short agreement: level, opportunity registration and confidentiality. To become a Certified Partner, ten hours of online certification.

  3. 03

    Register three opportunities

From your current portfolio: the clients you already know fall under the new obligations.

  4. 04

    First joint assessment

Before day 30, with a Snap executive alongside you. Your first client in conversation, with a proposal on the table.

All we need from you to get started: the names of three clients you already know are obligated.

Partner program FAQ

What is the Snap Compliance partner program?
It is a program for compliance consultants who advise obligated entities in Latin America. The consultant delivers the advisory work: assessment, manual, risk matrix and training. Snap Compliance delivers the Compliance OS, which runs screening, KYC and monitoring and produces investigation files and regulatory reports ready to go. The consultant earns a recurring commission on the subscription for as long as the client stays, and the advisory fees remain 100% theirs.
Who can become a Snap Compliance partner?
Compliance consultants and firms, outsourced compliance officers, auditors, risk advisors and law firms working with obligated entities: credit unions, fintechs, real estate firms, notaries, brokerages and other regulated activities. What you need is the client relationship and the judgment to assess what they are missing. You don't need to know technology: Snap provides the system, and our team runs the go-live.
What are the requirements to start as a partner?
To start as a Referrer you need no certification and no minimum volume: you identify the obligated entity, introduce it to us and register the opportunity, and Snap assesses, proposes and closes. To become a Certified Partner and present the program yourself, you complete a ten-hour online certification, two hours a day over five days. Level 2 is earned through results as a Certified Partner and adds a dedicated Snap executive and the option to resell to your own clients.
How does a consultant earn money with the partner program?
In two ways that add up. First, your advisory fees for the assessment, the manual, the matrix and the training, which are 100% yours at every level. Second, a commission on the subscription your client pays Snap, every month. As a Certified Partner, the commission is recurring for as long as the client stays, so every new client adds a layer of income on top of the previous ones. The terms of each level are set out in the partner agreement.
How much can a Snap Compliance partner earn?
It depends on three things: the size of your clients, how many clients you add to your portfolio and your level in the program. Commission is calculated on the subscription each client pays for the Compliance OS and is settled every month, so your income grows with every new client, as one more layer on top of the previous ones. On top of that come your advisory fees, which are 100% yours. The terms of each level are shared when you register, in the partner agreement.
Can Snap Compliance take my clients?
No. Every prospect is registered in writing before the first contact, and that registration gives you priority for 90 days, renewable while there is activity. While it is valid, Snap does not go direct or assign that prospect to another partner. The program also separates roles: Snap does not sell consulting, so the assessment, the manual, the matrix and the training remain your business. Snap provides the system, the support and service continuity.
What does the partner certification involve?
Ten hours online, two hours a day over five days. It covers what is sold, how to apply the obligation assessment, list prices and the program rules. From day one you get access to the Compliance OS demo environment with sample data, and to the country-specific material: manual guide, risk methodology, alerts guide and the program one-pager. Certification is not required to start as a Referrer.
Who implements the system and supports the client?
Snap Compliance. The Compliance OS is up and running within 24 hours of signing, and Snap provides support, regulatory updates and service continuity. Screening, KYC and monitoring are executed by the system, and investigation files and regulatory reports come out ready. You focus on advisory work and on supporting the client before the supervisor. At level 2, if you choose to resell, you implement and provide first-line support.
Which regulations are creating new clients for consultants?
Several at once. In Costa Rica and Guatemala, new DNFBP rules in force since September 2026 cover notaries, real estate firms, fintechs and crypto-assets, and Guatemala enacted Decree 15-2026. In Colombia, Circular 100-000020 unifies SAGRILAFT and PTEE, with a deadline of May 31, 2027. In Chile, Economic Crimes Law 21,595 requires effective prevention models, and data protection Law 21,719 applies from December 1, 2026. Mexico amended the LFPIORPI in 2025.
How and when are partner commissions paid?
Commission is settled every month, on the 5th, on what the client paid the previous month, in US dollars. You receive a statement per client showing what they paid and what you earn, with no hidden calculations. Commission applies when Snap invoices the end client directly. At level 2, if you choose to resell, you invoice your client and earn a margin instead of the commission.

When your client complies, we both grow.
